before it gets to you, we'll need a little time to get your hair together, package it up cute, and get it on the way. once it's shipped, you'll get your tracking info.
once your package is with the carrier, it's officially out of our hands. delays from the carrier, weather, holidays, or an incorrect address aren't something we can control.
